From the moment I can remember animals have been a part of my life. The joy an animal can give a human is a gift that keeps on giving. Whether you are unwell, unhappy, busy or content the love they give is heart warming, priceless and therapeutic. For many years of my life I was involved in rescue and general animal ownership; however, my love of animals soon began to cross over into my professional life.
I was privileged to study large animal husbandry in the USA in the early 90’s and then went on to work for several veterinary clinics as a veterinary nurse in South Australia.
In my personal life I successfully raised, bred and competitively showed Dalmatians over a span of 10 years in which time I was the secretary of The Dalmatian Club of SA, which brought me great joy. I then began a hiatus to start my own family but my love of animals never dwindled. I currently run one of Australia’s most successful Bengal cat breeding programs and equally show some of Australia’s highest ranking Bengal cats on the show bench since 2011.
I am particularly proud of the way I manage and run my Bengal cattery and am fastidious on health, hygiene and feline behaviour. I am professional, dedicated and passionate about the health and well-being of all animals and know that I offer a wonderful service to my clients and their Furkids.
